Trouble with Financial Institutions

Hi everyone,
Sorry, I have been away for long. I have been busy dealing with the litigation involving JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA. For details, you can search the web for Amary v. JPMorgan Chase. This is the Pro se case, involving the law suit against JPMorgan Chase, by my mother.

She is an auditor and a past mathematics teacher. She filed her very first legal opposition and with her arguments, the Magistrate Judge Collings and Federal Judge N.M. Gorton, both ruled in her favor on all three counts.  Here is our first big win.

My mother and I had our first appearance at the Federal Court, Boston. I must say, my mother did well, considering she had never been in front of a judge before.
